This offering includes:

• An assessment of interest, personal histories, strengths, and difficulties.

• Evaluation of course selections and non-academic activities.

• Conference with student and family regarding college selection and preference.

• Review and evaluation of test scores and transcripts.

• An assessment of learning skills and environment

• Providing counseling for junior/senior year class schedules.

• A college search that is tailored on the student's [and parent's] criteria.

• Providing "real" advice to the student regarding college options/selection that will yield the best return for their future growth and success.

• Monitoring, scheduling, and identifying college visits for students.

• Advise the student regarding college visits and admissions interview.

• Preparing the "final" college choice list.

• Development of “to do” list for educational testing, college visits, application completion and submission.

• Assisting the student with completing a resume.

• Providing an environment to brainstorm and editing application essays.

• Hand on assistance in completing the "common application".

• Critique of completed application (up to 8 college/universities).

• Providing assistance by guiding the student [and their family] through the financial aid process as well as scholarship resources.
